• A valid email address (optional but recommended).
• A strong password.

Only one account is permitted per mobile number and device. If multiple family members share the same device, please notify our support team in advance.

Deposits on Bajilaiv can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and other approved mobile banking methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT, with a maximum of ৳50,000 BDT per transaction.

Deposit Rules:

• Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account only.
• Making payments from another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are usually instant. If you experience any issues, please contact support.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Payments are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals from bonus winnings are subject to wagering requirements.

Bajilaiv offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonus, daily rebate, referral bonus, and seasonal offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms that should be read carefully before claiming.

• After receiving a bonus, a specified wagering amount must be completed before you can make a withdrawal.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is confirmed, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days; any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.

• Once self-exclusion is active, it cannot be lifted until the period expires.
